Senior Yoga

Senior yoga is for those above 50. We work on increasing the flow of breath, and increasing our flexibility and strength. We are as young as our spine is flexible. We laugh a lot. A fair amount of warm-up and stretching leaves you feeling well and open as you move on to the rest of your day. Seniors are a fun group. If there is a senior group that would like me to visit their location, contact me and we'll work it out.
