Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on connecting the mind to the desires, wisdom, and lessons of the heart encouraging our own innate power of healing. Through a series of floor postures held for 3 to 5 minutes and supported with props, we open, release, and allow for restoration. The entire body, breath, and spirit are soothed, relaxed, and integrated.
