Private Yoga Instruction
Private instruction allows me to learn more about you and your needs. I can meet in your home or in mine, where I have a studio, or at the nearest yoga classroom. A customized one on one class will build self-confidence, strength, and a sense of self-love. Get some friends together for a 2.5 hour morning practice of Yoga, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep - one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of conventional sleep) and a light lunch. What a fun way to enjoy your friends. What a lovely gift!
