Gentle Yoga
Through asanas (postures), breath work and meditations, Gentle Yoga's slow and steady practice will help increase movement and vitality. Class includes meditation, a variety of warm-ups, a few minutes of standing postures, then back to the floor poses. We practice carefully, keeping in mind our limitations, using props and modifications as needed. Even if you like a faster-paced class, it's nice to experience the deep richness of a gentle class.
