Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is for people experiencing limiting conditions where getting down and up from the floor is difficult. Yoga postures, breath work, and meditation are done in chairs. Some standing postures using the chair or wall as support are included. We can get a full, beneficial and satisfying practice with use of a chair, wall, and other props as needed.
